Seeking help with processes

I recently started helping my Dad with his real estate businesses and trying to get him some investors, however I ran across a problem. He is the kind of person that knows what he wants but doesn't know how to get it across to anyone else. This is the only thing he does and he currently has a partner with a real estate licence and an assistant (besides me) that manages the rental properties he has and looks for houses to buy. Everyone here has a hard time working with and he is constantly running around doing his own things and complaining that nobody else is doing what he needs. How can I help him? I have a friend that would like to invest a lot of money into his business but can't because it is not organized properly to handle it. Please, I need advice!
