Suggest a program or template to send statements to tenants?

I have properties that I purchased and I am seller financing to the tenants.  Is there a program or template somewhere that I can use to generate statements to send them telling them how much they have paid, how much is due, interest they have paid, current balance and maybe even payoff date?  I'm doing it manually now and it's very time intensive.
