Hello all, I'm just in the process of getting my pm company up and going. I just found an app called propertybuddy that manages, rents, tenants, owners, eat. And does reporting. So far I really like it but am wondering if anyone has used it and how you like it or if there are any other apps you'd recommend as I get started.
