LLC formation

Hello everyone,

I have a LLC formed in the state of Delaware and will be flipping properties in Pennsylvania.

I was informed that I need to register my LLC as a foreign entity in PA. How do I go about doing that as I already have a property under contract in PA scheduled to close June 22nd?

I appreciate your feedback.
