Investing another 100K... leverage it or puchase outright?

I currently have an LLC which owns two properties and I want to grow it similar to my larger real estate company (which I have partners in). I am going to invest approximately 100k into my personal LLC to pursue this growth. What are the groups thoughts on the investment, should I leverage the 100K and put 20/30% down on several properties or should I purchase outright two rentals? Both of these scenarios are for buy and hold long term.

I love this business and hopefully will be able to transition into real estate full time soon.
