50% Brokerage Fee?

Hi all,

I'm not entirely sure if I'm posting this in the correct place. If not, I apologize in advance!

I'm researching brokers in my area to see how much they will charge. I am planning to start my own PM company soon. I was contacted by one RE company in Augusta, who said they'd be my broker.. for a 50% fee of all income I produce. Does this seem too high? They also said that they would manage my books for me.

Looking forward to hearing some responses! Thanks!
