After searching the site, I can't seem to find the basic appreciation formula.  Any insight?

Hi Thomas,

There is no really "appreciation formula", simply because "appreciation" is unknown variable. Now, we can always assume a certain percentage, multiply by the current value of the property and find out the appreciation in $.
