finding deals in competitve markets
My market is booming! as a homeowner i receive several yellow letters from an "investor wanting to buy my house" . At least once a month from different investors/wholesalers. I also see several bandit and we buy houses signs everywhere. How can i beat the competition? should i join the race and do common practice?
