Dividing LLC Ownership Classes by property

I'm in an LLC with 1 other partner. We own several SFR and 2 apartments. My partner wants to retire. I want to buy out his shares of the apartments while maintaining the relationship in the SFR. Can this be accomplished in the operating agreement? I understand voting/no voting classes but does anyone know if we can divide interest by specific properties within the LLC?
