Tax Write Offs for Real Estate Education

Hello

I'm a new real estate investor and I think I'm in this game for long haul. My partner and I will be opening an entity LLC and then buy a property as well (hopefully this year).

I will be pursuing a real estate agent license. I have two questions.

1. Can I write off the education expenses in my LLC or personal taxes?

2. Will accessing MLS be free for me? And do I have to be a part of real estate company (Long and Foster, Remax) to have access to the properties?
