Compliance/Legal Requirements when buying real estate with partners

Josh Haney

Hey everyone,

I've recently been learning about syndication structures strictly from an educational standpoint, and learned there are a lot of compliance/legal boxes that need to be checked. I was wondering if these guidelines are similar to buying real estate with other partners (or co-members of LLC)? What experiences do people have and how do these type of deals/partnerships compare with syndications from a structural standpoint? Thanks in advance!
