Anyone with experience in international real estate development?

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum so I may post on different ones. Sorry in advance.

I recently purchased about 15 acres of land with mountain views, there's also a lake running through part of the land. The goal is turn it into a glamping site, or at least start small and expand as we grow. The land is in Africa and in a great location where I spend a considerable amount of time during the year. The question is, are there any financial institutions that'll give a construction or small business loan to get it started? Also, any ideas of where I could buy domes, luxury tents etc and have them shipped on location? Thank you in advance if there's any advice.
