Hey everyone! It's great to connect with you all. I'm an 18-year-old student from the beautiful land of Norway. Recently, I've delved into the world of investing by picking up "The Book on Investing in Real Estate With No (and Low) Money Down" written by Brandon Turner. It's been a fascinating journey for me, considering that I've been intrigued by the idea of real estate since I was around 16 years old. And now, at the age of 18, I've taken the plunge to dive deeper into this realm.

I've been proactive in my learning process, exploring various ways to broaden my understanding of real estate. I've been reading articles, keeping an eye on local online newspapers, watching webinars from BiggerPockets, and even asking my parents question about real estate (my dad owns multiple rental properties).

Now, here's where I'd love to tap into your collective wisdom. If you, as seasoned individuals, could travel back in time and offer advice to your younger selves about starting a real estate journey, what valuable information of wisdom would you share? I'm eager to learn from your experiences and perspectives, and I truly appreciate any insights you're willing to provide.
