Land Wholesaling LLC operating agreement Texas; Template & Lawyer Recommendations

My business partner and I are starting a business where we will flip land in Texas. We plan on forming an LLC. Does anyone have a draft operating agreement that would suite this purpose? and any recommendations for a (relatively inexpensive, preferably Houston-based) real estate lawyer to review?
