Question about obtaining my Real Estate License

Hi! I am relatively new to bigger pockets! I live in WA state and I currently have two short term rentals in AZ and one long term triplex in MI. I have been thinking about getting my real estate license so that I can fold the rentals into a business (I am already the property manager of the short term rentals). Any recommendations on where to go through to get the license, and also what state to get it in? Or would it matter if I am just using it just for business purposes?
