Hi BP! This is a kind random question but....

Would it be wise to get personal  business cards before obtaining a property and/or becoming a true investor that has actually invested? I am thinking about how to present myself as a true business person in investments.

You need to focus all your efforts on educating yourself and putting yourself in real real estate scenarios. Branding & marketing should be an afterthought.

With almost every profession, people purchase business cards prior to their first client, opportunity, or job.

I recommend purchasing business cards and challenging yourself to give them all out.

One of the best things you can do is share your story. Keep talking about real estate.

You don’t have to spend thousands. Just keep it simple

Plus, seeing your name on the business cards will inspire you to keep going - you’re an investor!

I wish you all the best!
