Part Time Business Ideas

I am looking for ideas from folks that have successful small businesses that are not continuously run, in other words everything can be put on hold for a few weeks at a time.

I am fortunate to have around 20 folks that work for me, the work we do requires dropping everything and traveling, there is a lot of excitement and adventure and most of my help are young, fit, college age folks. Our business has been doing well; however we have 1-10 weeks of down time through out the year. I am looking for ideas to keep these folks working during the idle times.

Our structure is built around sending a team to accomplish tough physical task, so jobs that require hitting it hard and completing the task quickly are ideal. We have an assortment of heavy equipment, trucks, trailers, skid steers, forestry clearing equipment, so on.
