The people affected most by rising interest rates are ones that were already in deals, but that doesn't mean they are going to lose money.  All else equal, prices are lower today than 12 months ago.  Still, great returns can be had.  As you saw, I had one deal sell in December for a great return, and I got into a lot of deals throughout 2022 and they are doing fine.  Most deals the Lead will say some thing like "we hope to hold this 3 to 5 years".  For the deals, where they might have first considered selling in early 2023, they may just hold for a little longer, if that maximizes returns.
