Still, great returns can be had. As you saw, I had one deal sell in December for a great return, and I got into a lot of deals throughout 2022 and they are doing fine. Most deals the Lead will say some thing like "we hope to hold this 3 to 5 years". For the deals, where they might have first considered selling in early 2023, they may just hold for a little longer, if that maximizes returns.
