2023 New Year, New Goals

Happy Holidays everyone! With the new year right around the corner, I’ve put lots of thought into my goals for 2023.

Starting my real estate journey this year, taught me so much. I am eager to continue learning more in this new year. In this industry, consistency and hard work pays off. Full transparency, I have not been as consistent as I should have. My goal for this upcoming year is to stay on top and stay consistent.

What are your goals for this new year? What will you change? What did you learn?

My goal is 3-4 single family homes

Change?.....  I"m looking into my first multi-family home!  Multi family homes are limited where I am (just outside Memphis)

Learn ? .....  The market is getting a bad rep in some cases.  Rates are going up and its limiting your typical buyer.  Makes me realize to stick to the numbers and make it work.  Prices go up and down, rates go up and down, just need to make the numbers work for that deal in that area !

My goal for this year for investments is 3-4 more doors, hopefully more. Agent wise I would hope to help buy/sell at least $5-7 Million in properties.

For change, I am looking to automate and organize my business. My time went from being worth nothing to having real value, and I am finding the pain of opportunity cost to be pretty harsh.

I've learned a ton! A lot of handyman work haha, renovating my duplex has been a wild ride. Also, Followup is key for any lead!

Hi Katlynn, I absolutely love this!

I would love to help you with your RE goals and offer insight where I can. Do you know specifically where/how you want to jump in?

As for my goals, I want to continue to read more on MTRs and look for duplexes to invest in
