Real Estate Agent Start Up Fund

Good afternoon to you all,

My name is Adonis Covington and I’m a newly licensed real estate agent! I am looking for options to fund my new business venture. My end goal is to complete fix and flips, and short term rentals, but right now working on my cash flow to reach my end goal. My focus right now is raising capital/lines of credit to offset my business expenses so I’m not digging into my personal funds to account for them.

I am 23 years old, not the best nor worst credit and am location in the Florida Panhandle. Any information in regards to beneficial lines of credit, available grants, and loan information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much, I look forward to hearing about some of your journeys.
