3rd Career choices within the real estate industry

Hello real estate investing community. 

After serving my country for 30+ plus (US military and Law Enforcement), I'm looking to start a 3rd career in the real estate field. I know this is a very broad industry and I'm doing research into what best compliments my small real estate portfolio (currently own three duplexes). I'm house hacking in one duplex and I'm looking to grow the portfolio. 

Any suggestions on where I should focus on for the present and the future? 


Realtor? Mortgage lender? Appraiser? Foreclosure specialist?
