Referral for Lawyer/CPA in Knox/Maryville

Ashley Ewert
Posted

Hi there!

I’m an out of state investor in the Knox/Maryville area and purchased 5 SFHs for long term rentals within the past year!

My CPA in Texas doesn't know TN law to help advise on all the steps I need to take to make sure I'm operating legally with my homes there. 1 is in my LLC name, the other my personal name.

I have an S-Corp and LLC and want to create an LLC for each property and have it report to the S-Corp (trying to protect my assets in a worst case scenario).

Does anyone have a good attorney or CPA that knows TN laws that can help me make sure all my entities are set up/registered correctly and that I’m not missing anything?

Appreciate the help!!!

Ashley
