To LLC or not to LLC - webinar presentation from Simply Do It Real Estate Investments

I'm not sure if anyone else has seen this but I'm curious to hear what the BP community has to say about this webinar.

I found this presentation through a local meetup group. The presenter, Dani Beit-Or owns multiple properties in AZ, OK, FL, TX, AR, AL, NC, GA. He does market "guru" type presentations but he also offers free one on one strategy sessions. I see that he's a member of BP, but I don't see any recent posts from him.

So what say you BP world? Is Dani's advice on LLCs relevant and sound?
