Anyone got any advice on this? I Start my classes in the fall for my bachelors for this specific study. I want to eventually land a job managing multi million dollar properties to get experience on the process of development. Im open for any and all advice thanks in advance.

I always recommend the book “Rich dad, Poor dad” by Robert T. Kiyosak to anyone who is starting out. Start listening to the BiggerPockets podcast starting at the very beginning. Start growing your network, look on Facebook/BiggerPockets for different events, find a mentor who is doing what you want to do, and get to know the local lenders/brokers. When I was at the Ohio State University, I networked with all of my professors and sought out any mentorship that I could get. I still to this day keep in contact with them.
