Need Help With First Investment - Entity Formation

Hello,

My partner and I are working through the early stages of developing our first single family home. I have filed for the formation of our LLC. I did not however submit an operating agreement. I believe we need to submit one once it is formed to show breakdown of profits and what will be paid to my partner and I and to our investors. I have only ever created a single member LLC for my STR, so this is out of my ability...at the moment.
