business idea for profit

Got a question for the masses. How well would I do, if I started a clean out business? Like, go into a house, clean everything out and down to the studs including old wire and such. How often would it be needed and could I make a good profit. I'm trying to find a good way in to make side cash to buy flip and holds. Thank you all for your time.
