Looking to Invest in Small Multi-Family (Chicago, IL)

So, I decided that my investing strategy will begin with Small Multi-Family. I want to learn the Chicago market and network with other bigger pockets members in Illinois to hold me accountable. I heard Brandon say that the interaction with investors forces you to confront your personal inadequacies. I need that kind of pressure. If you're in the Chicago area, I'd love to connect!

@Matt Lyons thanks for leaving me all the good deals in Cook County!

I wouldn't build your whole investment strategy off evictions. I agree the process is frustrating in Cook County, but evictions should be the exception and not the norm for most investors.
