Howdy BP fam! Just getting ready for this  big step. My wwife has a boss with several properties that are not cashflowing dur to property taxes and maintenance. Is this common? How can this be mitigated?

question 2.

how to go about purchasing foreclosures? I want to purchase foreclosures due to the discounted rates usually. How would I go about making an offer  before  it hits the market?   Thank ya'll!  Blessings to ya'll
