Shift properties under LLC
Hey Everyone,
Long time listener l, first time poster. I'll get right to the point. I have four condos; two condos that I own outright and two that I have loans on. I have been thinking about shifting the two that I own outright under a LLC. My questions are:
1. Is it easy to do this (will I need attorneys)?
2. Anyone have any idea as to the costs involved (aside from LLC setup)?
3. Are there any other things that I should consider?
Thank you.
