Non-Pro Rata Clauses

Anyone have resources for non-pro rata distribution clauses for LLC operating agreements? For clarification, I will be manager of LLC and want to review clauses that state the LLC does NOT perform pro rata distributions. Interweb seems oddly thin on this topic. Thanks.
