Structure Pay for a wholesale business with partners

Hello Bp!

My partner(a Realtor) and I own a wholesale business and wed like to hear your feedback.

How would you structure the pay out if you have a realtor as a partner. We go 50/50 when we wholesale, but there are some properties that he would be able to list himself(His separate business). How much should his contribution be towards our company that provided the lead?
