Hello,

Amateur migrating to slightly more pro REI here.

Is anyone using Series LLC's either from TX, NV, DE to own and operate rental properties in PA?

If not - for a <$1M business, I'm curious to hear your guys learned experiences on the best way to structure your REI business. Are you guys generally holding assets in the same LLC as the "property management" part of your business?

If you have a good contact in Chester/Delaware/Philadelphia county that wants to share coffee sometime I'm open to meetups too.

Thanks in advance, Regards,
Aaron
