Will a lease to own property quality for 1031?

Hi Bigger Pockets community,

I am rehabbing a house that I wanted to hold for rental. I came to know the lease to own strategy and found its interesting. My question is, if I found a tenant who eventually bought the house after a few years, will it qualify for 1031 exchange?
