1031 Exchange Question

Hello everyone!

I was hoping that you all could help me with something. I have been trying to figure out if it is possible to 1031 exchange a property in my name to a property owned by an LLC where I am a partial owner. My guess is that the owners have to be an exact match but I am not 100% sure. If that is the case what is the most efficient way to have the two ownership structures match up? Please let me know, thank you in advance! Also both properties are located in Pennsylvania.
