I am looking to complete a 1031 Exchange on the sale of a few rental properties. Does anyone have experience completing this process and could you recommend a trustworthy service provider in New Jersey to complete this transaction on my behalf.

@Phillip Black, Because 1031 is a federal statute it is practiced the same nationwide.  So any experienced QI with a national footprint will be able to work with you.  Prices don't vary that much but are usually actually a little cheaper as you move inland off each coast (something about the cost of office space I spose :).  Here's an article on that side of things - https://www.biggerpockets.com/...

Demonstrated experience and volume that affords economies of scale are going to be most important to you.   Your experience is going to be as good as the person you can get on the phone.  So find a company you click with and who you'll be able to get prompt answers and responses from and you'll be fine.  Location really isn't a thing any more (especially with sales happening in one state and purchases in another all the time - not to mention the whole Covid thing).
