1031 Exchange with C Corporation

I would like to do 1031 exchange with a property owned by a C Corporation.  I am director of the C corporation.  

Is it possible ?

@IB Singh, absolutely.  Any tax paying entity can do a 1031 exchange.  The key is that the taxpayer for the old property (in this case, the C corp) must be the taxpayer for the new property or properties.  So it will be the c corp doing the 1031 exchange.  Other than that the rules are identical.
