In process of 1031 exchange but can’t find a property to invest in. I’m lookin for something stable and simple NOT a rehab project. Any suggestions welcomed!

@Alyssa Dyer haven’t looked there..I looking for something packaged and ready to go.. property in great shape, leased/rented, property management company.

I’ve seen some PM companies offer this but I haven’t like the locations (Ohio, Michigan, KC) and C class renters

Same idea in OKC?
