Advice on land that came with 1031 exchange purchase

Good day all. I've asked around and searched around, but found no solid information. Bought a triplex in a 1031 exchange. The seller added the neighboring lot/land in the sale. Lot/land was not part of the paperwork in the 1031 nor was there any price for the land. The land is just a vacant lot with no structures. Question is how is this land seen in the 1031 exchange, usage, etc? Can I do as I please or is this land attached to the 1031? Thank you for any info.
