1031 Q: Can I sell Apartment and purchase larger share of LLC ?

Hi,

I am the sole owner of 2 (6 unit ) apartments, that I have owned for 30+ years, I am in a real estate family and currently also a 32% shareholder in a couple of family LLC's . I was wondering if I sold my Seattle apartment buildings could I 1031 exchange them for more shares of one my family LLC's (also real estate) ???
