Saw an ad on Upwork looking for a 1031 consultant. I know generally what they are but am not well versed and not in a position to gain from this. Hopefully someone here does. Good luck! Details: Looking to exchange a 34 unit multifamily in Las Vegas, Nevada into an larger multifamily property. Looking for someone who has 1031 exchange experience, familiar with the details of an exchange, has connections to pocket listings and is versed in property evaluation and identification. Experience in building is not required but a nice to have.
