Hello!

I am new to the world of real estate investment and am looking to learn as much as I can. I have a rental home that I am thinking about doing a 1031 Exchange with. I'm looking for advise from anyone in the Syracuse, NY/Upstate NY area to see what my options are and which would be most beneficial in this market. I'd also welcome any Accountant recommendations, specifically dealing with rental properties. Any insight is helpful!
