Family S Corp Issue Related to Occupancy

Hello, I have kind of an interesting one. My family has an S Corp that has owned some rental land for many years. One of the owners actually lives on a portion of the land, but it has been held for investment appreciation.  We are now to the point where we are looking to sell the property that is located in OH. I know the exchange has to be done within the S-Corp. My question is if I buy several homes. Is it possible to let one of the owners live in one of the properties? They are a minority owner of the S Corp. Thanks in advance for you advice. I'm just trying to figure out what flexibility i have to allow access to the s corp owners.
