- Say I identify 3 but then change my mind, how many times can I change the list before the 45 days is up?

- Can I withdraw the list within 45 days and cancel 1031?

Properties identified within the 45 days can be changed, no real limit. Just has to be done within 45 days.

Yes, you can revoke the 1031 within the 45 days.
