Happy 4th everyone! I'm in the process of rehabbing a house, I should Be done with it in a bout 2 months. I plan on selling it and I want to buy two houses with that profit. One for me and my wife to live in and the other one to flip. Could someone please let me know how the process would take place in this situation. How much time do I have from the day I sell it to use the profits from the sale with out paying capital gain taxes?
