Selling my first investment property in Cuyahoga county and like to re-invest

Hello,

I'm selling my investment home and like to re-invest it into another property to avoid paying capital gains taxes. I have never done a 1031 exchange, but I wanted to know how long it takes to re-invest the funds. Is it 30 days or less? Any other pertinent information would be helpful for me.
