@Devan J., Most of the 1031 QIs you'll run across including here will be companies serving clients nationally.  1031 is a federal statute so applied the same in all states.  There's several here on BP that you can vet.  The profile of each has a reference section and you can actually reach out to those writing references directly and get their take on that QI.
