Opportunity Fund question

I recently purchased 2 properties in an Opportunity Zone under my single member LLC. Because the seller was anxious to close, I was unable to create a multi-member LLC as a Qualified Opportunity Zone Fund before completing the sale. I would like to sell these properties to a separate LLC created as a QOZF with my husband and daughter as owners. I know there is an "unrelated persons" clause, so I am looking for a way to avoid that issue... any suggestions?? In essence, can a single member LLC sell properties to another LLC (designated as a QOZF) regardless of who the members are?? Thanks!!
