Hi everyone,

I was curious if some of you could share your experience using a 1031 exchange. I've heard that the deadlines are kind of brutal and that there are a lot of restrictions involved. Is this true? And if so, do you mind sharing specifics of your 1031 exchange experience? Thank you!
