Recommendations for making a DST investment (1031 XCHNGE)

Recently sold a rental property and looking to explore DST investment for 1031 exchange, Pls share websites/companies you recommend.

Your experiences with DST investment vs owning rental RE will also be valuable.

@Vidit Maini, A DST can be a great replacement for a 1031 exchange. Especially in this stage of the market when inventory is tight and it can be awful nice to sit on the sidelines for a bit passively generating income while waiting for the turn of the market.

My best advice to clients who are seeking these is to make sure and work with someone who has the mindset and skill set of a commercial realtor.  DSTS can be sold by any stock broker with the right license.  And you want someone who can vet these as a true real estate move like they are.  The building is important.  The tenant is important.  And the lease or source of cash flow is important.  Treat it like real estate and you'll not go wrong.
