I'm new to the REI market. Currently an investor in MX and purchasing a condo unit for vacation rentals. I just also purchased a flip and working on my very first flip. I plan on applying all sorts of REI strategies to my portfolio, i.e. wholesale, long term lease, more flips, etc.
